Robert Bosch
For years, Bosch USA’s various business units collected customer data from marketing campaigns, information
requests, its various web sites, and warranty forms, in both electronic and paper forms.
Triton-Tek’s goal was to develop a database and meta-data system that would aggregate and store data from
a multitude of business units, provide each unit the flexibility to act autonomously when determining how
to gathering data, and create a secure web interface to provide access to third party analytics providers
in a secure environment.
Online Seats
Online Seats web traffic had substantially increased to over 100,000 unique visitors per month. The company
realized that it needed to upgrade its server solution to maintain the system’s availability, reliability,
capacity and response time to effectively fulfill the needs of its customers.
Triton-Tek’s goal was to develop a hosting and server strategy to scale from a single server to a multiple
server model, create an infrastructure that would grow with the company’s increasing web traffic, and do
so in a flexible, cost-effective manner.
Robert Bosch ProVantage Protection Plan System
To accompany Bosch's new ProVantage protection plan, a customer registration portal and customer service
application were required. This system would include the registering of products, submission of requests
for service, and status of an ongoing service request.
The system for processing products had to be robust. The program could sell as many as one hundred
thousand products in the first couple of months. Bosch looked to Triton-Tek to architect, implement,
maintain, and host the ProVantage solution.
